Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at this boutique hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the Falls, and the breakfast options were simply delicious! However, we faced some issues with our room due to ongoing construction, which put a damper on our experience. The service felt a bit impersonal, and we missed that personal touch that makes a stay feel special. Overall, while there are some great aspects, it's a bit disappointing considering the price we paid.
Our stay at the Gorgeview Manor had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to attractions, and the breakfast was truly superb. However, the house itself felt old and not very clean, and we faced some issues with the plumbing during our stay. Overall, it's a mixed bag – great for location and breakfast, but needs significant improvements in maintenance.
My stay at this boutique hotel was overall pleasant, with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The breakfast was absolutely the best part, featuring a delicious homemade spread. The staff, especially Nina, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. However, the noise from the road took away from the relaxation, and there are noticeable renovations happening that affected the ambiance. Still, the offered bicycles were a nice touch!
I had a lovely stay at this hotel overall, with a great view of the river and a nice, clean room. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, and I really enjoyed the breakfast options. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations which can still be a bit distracting, even if it didn’t bother me too much. Still, I found the experience to be worth the price and would happily return.
